What goes into a piece

More than a simple garment. A level of complexity you can feel.

Delicate Knits

We work with fine gauges up to 80/1, in pima cotton, blends and natural fibers. Lightweight, breathable constructions that hold their shape and finish.

Complex construction

Engineered seams, fully fashioned panels, intricate paneling and pattern matching. The technical builds that most factories pass on, we develop, sample and produce in-house.

Detail Work

Embroidery, prints, garment dyes, enzyme washes and hand-finished trims. The work that turns a knit into a finished piece.

It all started in 1990, when Cecilia Llosa created a small workshop, in a rented 350 square-meter space, with eighteen sewing machine with the sole mission to help people from Lives town to get jobs.
